Brands set the terms, including prices, shipping, and any return policies, while consumers agree to these upon purchase. Our role is to ensure a smooth transaction process, though we do not become a party to the sales agreement itself.

These terms are specifically designed for consumers engaging with Renue’s platform. A separate set of terms governs interactions for brands. Our community is built upon the integrity of real user interactions. As such, registration requires your real name and a valid email address, affirming the authenticity of our user base. By registering or making a purchase, you affirm acceptance of these terms, in conjunction with our community guidelines and privacy policy. During registration and purchasing, relevant documents are available for review, download, or printing, and are permanently accessible on our website.

Accounts are strictly personal.

Renue’s platform encourages participation from real individuals only, and therefore all accounts are strictly personal. Account holders are required to register with real names and unique email addresses. The personal nature of each account is intended to foster trust and security across user interactions. However, if you represent a company interested in purchasing larger volumes, we welcome you to reach out directly to us or the brand concerned.
